Stress, anxiety & depression, meet Montenegro




In simple terms, ecotherapy is a program of regular interaction with nature for therapeutic benefit; treatment exploits the incongruity between a struggling psyche and the beauty and organization inherent in nature.

The environment has a profound impact on our well-being; whether it's big city alienation, a soulless slice of suburban sprawl, or the commute from hell, coping mechanisms will eventually fail to protect us. 


By doing what makes us feel healthy and good. Ecotherapy unconsciously persuades we're an integral part of an incredibly beautiful system that isn't broken, ergo, nor are we.

Here are the four main elements of the program: 

  1. Daily outings in nature.

  2. Physical engagement by way of manual labor.

  3. Themed and freestyle encounter sessions.

  4. Paying it forward; caring for and restoring nature.

If elsewhere nature is adjunctive to civilization, here in Montenegro it still has the upper hand; the mountains and the sea leave no uncertainty about who is in charge.
